Bristina Pearson entered this world on April 09,1983 fulfilling her passion, which she calls "loving people back to life", through the beautification of hair. She is the mother of 5 beautiful children,
(2 of whom are adopted) she's an entrepreneur, creative designer, licensed cosmetologist, licensed cosmetology teacher, Cosmetology School owner, salon owner. And most recently the inventor of "Her Peace" Hair Topper giving Women with hair loss the peace that they need. she is a passionate philanthropist. But most importantly, she is a worshiper after God’s own heart, while using her faith to guide her every decision she gives all credit to GOD. She is truly a living and walking testimony of God’s grace. After 19 years as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, she decided to retire from behind the chair. With-in the first 5 years of teaching she pursued her passion, her purpose, her ministry and opened BBC Beauty Academy in the Upper Darby area of Philadelphia on June 13,2017. Bristina Pearson, is the first African American female sole proprietor owner of a Faith based Cosmetology school in the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania. Her dedication to professionalism has changed the beauty School industry and has inspired over 300 unlicensed stylists to become licensed professionals. With her affordable programs allowing the students at BBC to graduate debt free. As they pursue their purpose with passion while utilizing their gifts.
NASIA ANDREWS | SCHOOL SUPERVISOR
Ms. Andrews have been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years and a teacher for 10. She has over 20 years of experience in the business and beauty industry of cosmetology. She loves teaching and her main goal as BBC school supervisor, is to make the industry more amazing, “one licensed cosmetologist at a time”. Nasia has helped with the daily operations at BBC for 4 & half years, becoming supervisor. Now
Nasia is the center of our school's life making sure each student receives an absolutely
marvelous experience.
Having more than 10 years of experience, finishing multiple training programs, and winning
quite a few awards, Nasia is passionate about bringing the school to the top of the industry.

NOELL LAWRENCE | MASTER STYLIST
Noell Lawrence have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Noell is a part of several generations of master stylist, educator’s and proctors, that has groomed her through continuous mentoring. Noell has now been passed the baton. Recently becoming a master educator, Noell is striving and modeling to bring back to bring back the “standard of cosmetology” by establishing and providing excellent work ethics through education, professionalism and patience. As Noell continues on her journey she’s beyond blessed and excited to be a part of the change and lifestyle of our future professional cosmetologists.
