Bristina Pearson entered this world fulfilling her passion and purpose, which she calls "loving people back to life", through the beautification of hair. She is the mother of 3 beautiful children, an entrepreneur, creative designer, licensed cosmetologist, licensed cosmetology teacher, Cosmetology School and salon owner, and most recently, a passionate philanthropist. Most importantly, she is a worshiper after God’s own heart. She is truly a living and walking testimony of God’s grace.


Bristina Pearson is the first African American female sole proprietor and Owner of a Faith based Cosmetology school in the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania. Her dedication to professionalism has changed the beauty School industry and inspired unlicensed stylists to become licensed with a flexible school schedule at a low cost. More importantly she has afforded her students to graduate debt free.


 After 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, she decided to retire with-in the first 5 years of teaching to pursue her passion, her purpose, and open BBC Beauty Academy, in the quest to inspire each student to pursue their purpose with passion while utilizing their gifts.




Ms. Andrews have been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years and a teacher for 10. She has over 20 years of experience in the business and beauty industry of cosmetology. She love teaching and her main goal as BBC school supervisor, is to make the industry more amazing, “one licensed cosmetologist at a time”. 



Master Stylist Shalon McIver has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. She is experienced in several hair techniques and has taken classes with Paul Mitchell, and Farouk Avalon Influence just to name a few. Now as a cosmetology educator her mission is to teach and inspire a new breed of stylist to excel professionally and artistically.
